How LTOWatch works
From application to your first ranked dashboard: the whole path, honestly described.
Apply and get approved
You apply with your business details and AGLC licence number, verify your email, and we review the application manually. LTOWatch is for licensed retailers only, so every account is checked by a person. No payment is taken during review.
Install the extension and pair it
Install the Chrome extension, then generate a one-time pairing code in your Settings. Paste it into the extension popup in your retailer portal session and the browser is linked to your account. Codes are single-use and expire after 10 minutes; you can rename or revoke linked browsers at any time.
Scan the catalogue
Log in to your retailer portal as you normally would and run a scan: the full catalogue or a single category. A progress panel shows exactly where the scan is. Stop at any time; interrupted scans can be safely resumed without double-counting anything.
The extension only reads pages your existing retailer portal access can already see. It never places orders and never stores your credentials.
Data lands in your dashboard
Every product, price, LTO window, and announced future increase is recorded exactly as the source catalogue displayed it at scan time: raw state, no guesses, no extrapolation. Each scan is logged with its scope and freshness so you always know how current your data is.
Decide in minutes
The dashboard ranks what matters: new LTOs, watched products back on offer, offers about to end, and upcoming price increases. Drill into the full catalogue for anything deeper, and record purchases to review separate legacy, evidence-backed LTO, and manually referenced savings figures. Non-LTO decreases remain per-line opportunities; unknown-promotion paid spend is not savings.
