Everything a buyer needs to work the LTO calendar
One Standard plan: every feature below is included.
Find the offers worth acting on
Opportunity dashboard
One daily decision surface: new LTOs with the discount dollars available, watched products back on offer, offers ending soon, and upcoming price increases, summarised and ranked, with short previews that drill into the full catalogue.
Searchable catalogue
The complete scanned catalogue with search, filters for category, supplier, price, savings, and dates, sortable columns, and server-side pagination. Every row links straight back to the original product page in your retailer portal.
Watch what you stock
Watchlists
Watch the SKUs you actually stock. Watched products are surfaced when they go back on offer, when an offer is about to end, and when they drop out of stock, so restock timing stops being guesswork.
Scan history & freshness
Every scan is logged with scope, row counts, and duration. Dashboards show how fresh the underlying data is and warn you when it's time to scan again.
Turn scans into numbers you can use
Purchase evidence without blended totals
Legacy, evidence-backed LTO, and manually referenced savings remain separate. Non-LTO price decreases stay auditable per-line opportunities, while paid spend with unknown promotion status is labelled as spend, never savings.
Reports, analytics & CSV export
Structured reports over your catalogue and purchase history, category and supplier drill-downs, and CSV export when you need the numbers in a spreadsheet or your accounting workflow.
Stay in control of access
Linked browser management
Pair the extension with one-time codes, see every linked browser with its last-used time, and rename or revoke any of them (or all of them) from your account.
Honest scanning
LTOWatch schedules full catalogue and category scans within server-enforced per-scan budgets, rolling account request limits, and cooldowns. Stop at any time; interrupted scans can be safely resumed. The extension reads only what your existing retailer portal access can already see.
